High School KidWind Project- meeting in RH

This workshop event will continue meeting but will be held at the Painter's home in Round Hill from 12-3pm on Sunday afternoons. Students in grades 9-12 are coached by Justin McMillen, a Makersmiths member. Students are learning about renewable energies related to wind and solar power, electronics, climate change, and much more in preparation for building a KidWind project to enter into the Northern VA regional challenge on March 15 at Shenandoah University and the state challenge at JMU on April 8.
