If you’ve ever tried to build a retro arcade cabinet, you know that there can be an overwhelming number of decisions to make. Full size, bartop, wall mount, pedestal, wall mount or controller only? Should I use Japanese or US style joysticks and buttons? How many buttons and what layout? Should you use an old PC or a single board computer like a Raspberry Pi? What are emulators and front ends? This class provides information on most, if not all of the aspects of making your own retro gaming unit so you can more quickly move beyond researching how to make one and get on with actually making one.

This will be an online class. Google Meet details will be sent each registered participant the day before or day of the class. All informational materials will be provided electronically during the session.
