This is workshop is a make-up class for the one originally scheduled for March 30 but was postponed due to COVID-19 directives. The class is filled with the previously registered participants.

  In this workshop, each student designs and builds gorgeous hardwood kitchen implements such as spreaders, spatulas, spoons and more. Learn to use carving knives, sanders, band saws while learning basic techniques you can apply in future projects. A interesting blend of hand tools and power tools, this is a fun class with lots of humor, useful tips, hands-on skills and usable takeaways. Youth ages 15+ may register if accompanied by a parent. All materials will be provided but bring shop safety glasses.

The class will meet in the woodshop. If you are new to Makersmiths, please  fill out the Waiver form at https://waiver.fr/p-NVPOj prior to coming to the workshop.
