  • These are Makersmiths members.

In this workshop for those ages 18+, each person will make their own customized, rustic, pallet-style coffee mug rack and take it home. Bring ideas for what your design will be for the top board. All other equipment and materials are provided. If new to Makersmiths, please fill out the Waiver form at https://waiver.fr/p-NVPOj prior to coming to the workshop.

Instruction will begin in the wood shop where we will cut all the boards to length. Next, we will add color to the wood. Options include light/dark stain or toasted wood (see picture for examples).

Next, we will use the laser etcher to add a design to the top board.  Finally, we will assemble the rack and add the hooks.  Participants will be able to paint the laser etched design after assembly (if required).
